Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day coordination support to the Talent Acquisition team
• Manage high volume interview scheduling and candidate correspondence
• Support on-campus and virtual recruiting events
• Administer the applicant tracking system and maintain recruiting reports
• Coordinate new employee communication and onboarding processes

Requirements

• 2+ years of directly related experience, preferably in a professional services firm
• Recruiting experience with applicant tracking systems
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience

Additional Information
