Responsibilities

• Manage daily fulfillment of client staffing orders
• Screen candidates for qualifications and maintain a database of healthcare professionals
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling
• Ensure compliance and licensing of healthcare professionals
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and healthcare professionals
• Monitor client demand trends and provide feedback to sourcing teams
• Conduct evaluations of healthcare professionals to ensure performance and client satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum one year of related experience in healthcare staffing, recruitment or administration
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
