$83,000 - $92,000 annually + monthly bonus opportunities
Responsibilities
- Build a client base through outreach and onsite visits
- Collaborate with hiring managers to design staffing solutions
- Conduct candidate interviews
- Provide mentorship and guidance to jobseekers and internal staff
- Assist Recruiters with techniques and guidance on recruiting needs
- Train and develop internal staff
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in a leadership role
- High level of customer service and account management skills
- Ability to motivate and influence internal staff
