Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, company websites, and staffing firms
• Conduct pre-screening calls to assess qualifications, availability, and compensation expectations
• Utilize creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment records
• Communicate professionally with candidates in English and Spanish
• Support additional recruitment and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience in BPO, Call Center, Retail, Customer Service, Sales, Hospitality, ESL Teaching, or other service-oriented roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and develop in recruitment and sourcing
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
