Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting from Hiring Manager intake through offer and close
- Recruit and source software, engineering, digital, and technical talent
- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates
- Conduct candidate screens and provide Hiring Managers with high-quality talent
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers as a trusted talent advisor
- Manage multiple searches and pipelines while maintaining accurate ATS data
- Own the candidate experience from initial contact through offer
- Support inclusive hiring practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for technical, software, engineering, or digital talent
- Proven success sourcing and closing passive technical candidates
