Responsibilities

• Identify, interview, and evaluate candidates for client opportunities
• Foster long-term relationships with professionals in the IT community
• Review and understand technical job requirements and skills
• Negotiate pay rates with consultants based on position requirements
• Collaborate with teammates to fill open positions across other lines of business

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years’ technology recruiting experience
• Active member of the IT community and/or networking groups
• Track record of proven success in a staffing or consulting organization
