Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles
• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to deliver hiring outcomes
• Produce weekly and monthly recruitment reporting
• Support workforce planning and hiring forecasts
• Manage monthly invoicing processes
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Deliver a positive stakeholder and candidate experience

Requirements

• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
• Experience recruiting across a variety of functions, industries, or business units
