Responsibilities

• Utilize specialized job boards and industry-specific networks to identify candidates for pharmaceutical roles
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from intake meetings to offer negotiation and onboarding
• Act as a strategic advisor to department heads and hiring managers
• Facilitate a professional and transparent interview process for candidates
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and provide regular reports on key metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in recruitment focusing on pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industries
• Strong familiarity with industry-specific terminology and roles such as Clinical Research Associates (CRAs), Medical Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, and Formulation Scientists
