Responsibilities

• Implement sourcing strategies and build a talent pipeline
• Engage with prospective and passive candidates
• Conduct vacancy intakes with hiring managers
• Review CVs and conduct remote interviews
• Use database mining and social networks to find talent
• Maintain updates in the ATS for reporting and transparency

Requirements

• Background in recruiting or sourcing
• Experience in a high-volume fast-paced environment
• Experience in Software Engineering recruitment for AI, Machine Learning, or Android roles
• University degree or equivalent professional experience
