Responsibilities

  • Source, evaluate, and review potential IT candidates using various methods.
  • Interview prospective IT candidates to assess their skills, work history, and salary requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT talent.
  • Select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders.
  • Maintain ongoing contact with IT professionals on contract assignments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Generate leads and market intelligence to support new client development efforts.
  • Meet and exceed weekly business development goals.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT-related field is preferred.
  • Candidates must have a strong desire to build a career in recruiting.
  • Proven negotiating and closing skills are required.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
  • A proven track record of success in recruiting is essential.
