Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and outreach efforts for design roles
• Recruit across senior and executive Design roles
• Evaluate candidate portfolios and craft skills
• Partner directly with VP and C-level design leaders
• Own interview processes for executive searches
• Advise hiring managers on pipeline health and recruiting strategy
• Lead continuous improvement of recruiting processes and candidate experience
• Shape and promote Brex's design employer brand

Requirements

• Proven track record owning recruiting strategy and talent mapping across a broader organization
• Deep experience handling offer and negotiation processes up to Executive-level candidates
• Strong track record as a thought partner to senior stakeholders
• Experience defining and evolving interview processes at the organizational level
• Background recruiting for design roles (Product Design, Brand Design, Design Leadership)
