Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and review potential IT candidates
- Interview prospective IT candidates to assess skills and salary requirements
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT talent
- Select candidates to fulfill client job orders
- Maintain ongoing contact with IT professionals on contract assignments
- Generate leads and market intelligence for new client development
- Meet and exceed weekly business development goals
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT-related field
- Strong desire to build a career in recruiting
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of success
