Responsibilities

• Proactively source, engage, and recruit qualified talent through various channels
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across key skill sets
• Develop long-term relationships with candidates and serve as a trusted advisor
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing and screening
• Partner closely with Business Development to understand client hiring needs
• Track recruiting performance metrics and stay informed on labor market trends
• Utilize ATS and CRM tools to manage talent pipelines and maintain records

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 4+ years of agency staffing experience
• Accounting & Finance recruiting experience preferred
• Proven success managing full-cycle recruiting responsibilities
• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting activity
• Strong understanding of candidate pipeline development
