Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across G&A functions from intake to offer
• Develop fluency in supported functions to identify exceptional talent
• Partner with hiring leaders to define hiring strategies
• Build proactive pipelines through market research and targeted sourcing
• Advise leaders using market intelligence and candidate feedback
• Run disciplined, high-velocity recruiting processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for G&A, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, or People functions
• Track record of leading complex or senior-level searches
• Strong talent judgment and research instincts
