Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across Ramp’s Emerging Talent roles
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and align on candidate profiles
• Identify and engage high-potential candidates through various channels
• Lead offer and closing processes, building strong candidate relationships
• Support the execution of Ramp’s internship programs
• Use recruiting data to understand pipeline health and keep hiring teams informed
• Create an exceptional candidate experience
• Experiment with new ways to identify and hire exceptional talent

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience
• Experience with Emerging Talent, university, campus, or early-career recruiting is a plus
• Strong operational rigor and ability to manage high-volume pipelines
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
