Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a client base and new business opportunities
• Introduce services via video, telephone, and in-person meetings
• Recruit, evaluate, and place professionals in full-time positions
• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and candidates
• Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates
• Participate in industry trade associations to increase local presence

Requirements

• A business-related degree, ideally in Finance or Accounting
• 2+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting and/or successful permanent placement recruiting experience
