Compensation

Estimated annual salary of €34,000 - €50,000 for Lisbon based hires; £60,000 - £90,000 for London based hires.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance and market insights
• Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from developing hiring plans to closing candidates
• Enhance the attraction and hiring of a diverse range of candidates
• Utilize creative sourcing techniques to identify and engage qualified candidates
• Manage and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline and ensure data integrity in ATS
• Collaborate on key initiatives and hiring projects within the recruiting team

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of end-to-end recruiting experience
• Experience hiring for Tech roles, preferably in network security or cybersecurity sales
• Proven expertise in active sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience driving diversity and inclusion initiatives
