Responsibilities

• Source candidates using various methods such as job portals, referrals, and cold calling
• Build a strong pipeline of candidates to match client needs
• Arrange interviews and provide feedback to candidates
• Identify new business opportunities and attract potential clients
• Maintain existing client relationships and provide recruitment advice
• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or young working professional
• Interest in technology, sales, and HR
• Prior experience in recruitment, IT, or sales is a plus
