Responsibilities

• Use AI and research to find top talent
• Develop clear points of view on candidate profiles
• Run personalized outreach to candidates
• Own the full cycle from outreach to offer close
• Be a strategic partner to GTM leaders
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle GTM/Sales recruiting experience
• Track record of identifying strong talent
• Comfort using AI in recruiting workflows
• Excellent written communication skills
• High urgency operating mode
