Responsibilities

• Manage project deliverables and ensure quality assurance on recruitment activities
• Build trust and confidence with key client stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for improvement and suggest changes
• Prepare and participate in project reviews with clients and senior management
• Conduct quality checks on data accuracy and completeness

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in recruiting
• Experience managing a recruiting team of 6
• Prior experience in RPO or Specialty Chemicals & Advanced Materials industry
• Bachelor’s degree or five years of equivalent experience
