Responsibilities

• Create and execute multi-channel strategies to source candidates
• Conduct interactions with clients in a timely and professional manner
• Identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities
• Manage the end-to-end offer process
• Drive recruiting productivity by aligning resources with business priorities

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for technology roles including Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI/Machine Learning, Product Management
• Strong understanding of financial markets and investment management
• Experience supporting senior-level and executive hiring
