Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of contract and contract to full-time hiring
• Devise search strategies and draft advertisements
• Evaluate resumes and coordinate interviews
• Conduct interviews and set up assessments
• Provide coaching and feedback to candidates
• Participate in networking organizations and events
• Manage candidate relationships and maintain satisfaction
• Maintain accuracy of applications in the internal ATS

Requirements

• 0+ years of experience – non-managerial
• Working knowledge of finance, accounting or banking functions
