Responsibilities

• Assist companies in transformation or key moments of development across various sectors
• Conduct rewards audits and design strategy and programs for all employees
• Lead or support client projects in the Rewards area
• Create and develop presentations to visualize results and solutions
• Support senior colleagues on larger, complex projects

Requirements

• Relevant Higher Degree (Degree or Masters) in HR, Business Admin, Business Engineering, Law, Mathematics or similar
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in consulting or industry in the area of Reward, Compensation & Benefits, Mobility, HR
• Knowledge of the design of reward systems and Performance Management
• Excellent language skills in French and English
