Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end executive assessment processes to clients
- Lead midsize leadership advisory engagements
- Conduct and debrief high stakes assessments for senior leaders
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives and board members
- Lead proposal development and shape customized proposals
- Mentor junior colleagues and support their development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years' postgraduate working experience
- Background in management or organizational development consulting
- Experience partnering with private equity firms
