Senior Consultant, Leadership Advisory

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end executive assessment processes to clients
• Lead midsize leadership advisory engagements
• Conduct and debrief high stakes assessments for senior leaders
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives and board members
• Lead proposal development and shape customized proposals
• Mentor junior colleagues and support their development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years' postgraduate working experience
• Background in management or organizational development consulting
• Experience partnering with private equity firms

Benefits

• Base salary of $160,000 to $185,000
• Eligible for Leadership Advisory bonus plan
