Responsibilities

• Lead the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across PR and communications positions
• Partner closely with senior business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring priorities
• Proactively source and engage talent through various methods
• Conduct talent mapping and competitor analysis
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements
• Provide talent market insights to support informed hiring decisions
• Manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities
• Maintain accurate recruitment data within the ATS
• Champion recruitment best practices and identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements

• Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment
• Experience recruiting within public relations, communications, advertising, marketing, or creative agency environments
• Excellent senior stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Demonstrated experience using LinkedIn Talent Insights and talent mapping methodologies
• Strong direct sourcing capabilities
• Experience supporting regional or multi-country recruitment across APAC
• Strong understanding of talent market dynamics and recruitment trends
