Compensation

The salary for this position is anticipated to range between 50k - 75k CAD annually or 45k to 60k USD annually.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify talent
• Conduct complex internet searches and utilize various recruitment tools
• Build and maintain a network of candidates through ongoing relationship management
• Conduct phone interviews and assess candidates against client requirements
• Present strong candidates for open positions and manage objections
• Maintain administrative responsibilities including ATS data entry and reports

Requirements

• Ability to perform high-reaching market research and strategic sourcing methods
• Experience in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement
• Ability to execute recruitment strategies and articulate client relationships
• Demonstrated computer proficiency
