Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process, including candidate assessment and interviews
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates

• Consult with hiring managers on selections and compensation
• Maintain client and candidate relationships and satisfaction
• Update and maintain applicant tracking system data

Requirements

• Proven ability to perform all aspects of recruiting
• Experience in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement
• Ability to execute recruitment strategies
• Demonstrated computer proficiency, including MS Office and ATS
