Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue retained executive search engagements
• Lead and execute full-cycle executive searches
• Conduct detailed assessments of candidates’ academic credentials and leadership experience
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Provide market intelligence and thought leadership on executive talent trends

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in Academic Executive Search and business development
• 7–9 years of Academic Executive Search and business development with a High School Diploma/GED
• Experience recruiting C-suite, physician, and senior academic leaders
