Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to find suitable provider candidates
• Consult clients on market compensation and staffing needs
• Create and update job advertisements
• Meet clients onsite to gather information for searches
• Proactively source candidates
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings
• Collaborate with clients on interview itineraries
• Assist candidates with travel arrangements
• Negotiate and close offers of employment
• Achieve personal productivity goals
• Update internal databases with recruitment activity
• Manage credentials and availability of physician candidates

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of successful healthcare recruiting or similar staffing industry experience
• Stable employment history with verifiable references

• Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000

Additional Information

Up to 30% travel required. A hybrid work schedule is available requiring a minimum of 4 days in the office.
