Responsibilities

• Fulfill junior-level and high-volume requisitions
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring objectives
• Develop recruiting strategies to meet headcount goals
• Generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates
• Provide timely reporting on key metrics

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• In-house recruiting experience preferred
• Experience managing high-volume hiring
• Ability to attract passive candidates
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
