About this role

Drive business growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities within your assigned market and territory. Manage the full recruitment and sales lifecycle, from initial client engagement and candidate interviews through offer negotiation and placement. Build and maintain your own portfolio of clients and candidates, developing long-term relationships with both new and existing stakeholders. Proactively source, screen, and engage top talent using a variety of recruiting tools, databases, and online platforms. Partner closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored talent solutions that support their business objectives. Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, motivations, and cultural fit. Negotiate terms and contracts with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships. Provide consultative market insights and expert guidance to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process. Consistently achieve and exceed performance metrics, business development goals, and placement targets.
