Responsibilities

• Partner directly with senior stakeholders across ANZ
• Drive end-to-end recruitment and sourcing strategies
• Influence hiring through talent market insights
• Build talent pipelines across key business areas
• Help design and evolve recruitment processes

Requirements

• Proven end-to-end recruitment experience
• Strong knowledge of the media and advertising talent landscape
• Experience recruiting specialist talent across various functions
