Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and stakeholders across ANZ
• Drive sourcing strategies across multiple business areas
• Conduct market mapping and talent identification
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for critical roles
• Support the design and evolution of sourcing practices

Requirements

• Proven sourcing experience in an RPO, agency, embedded, or in-house environment
• Strong knowledge of the media and advertising talent landscape
• Experience identifying and engaging specialist talent across various functions
