Responsibilities

• Call providers to proactively source viable candidates
• Conduct thorough phone screens with attention to detail and prompt follow up
• Update the internal client and provider database with recruitment-related activity
• Create effective job advertisements for open opportunities
• Achieve productivity goals and metrics
• Oversee and manage the credentials and availability of provider candidates
• Travel overnight to conduct onsite client profiles

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years' experience in sales preferred
• Experience in healthcare staffing sales preferred
• Stable employment history with verifiable references

Additional Information

This position is full-time (40 hours per week) with a hybrid work schedule available, requiring a minimum of 4 days in the office. Regular presence in the office is required.
