Responsibilities

• Drive the recruitment process from job opening to successful placement
• Manage the lifecycle of client job listings in Salesforce and VMS portals
• Coordinate provider name clears, submissions, and formal presentations
• Serve as a primary point of contact among clients, Account Managers, recruiters, and internal teams
• Manage job listings and provider activity across VMS platforms
• Maintain accurate records across Salesforce, Domo dashboards, VMS platforms, and client trackers
• Collaborate with other Account Coordinators to balance workloads

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
• 1–3 years of administrative, operations, staffing, or related experience preferred
• Healthcare staffing experience is an advantage
• Familiarity with Salesforce and VMS platforms such as HealthTrust, LocumSmart, or HWL is strongly preferred
