Responsibilities

• Serve as a lead generation and sourcing partner for healthcare recruiting teams
• Review incoming candidate leads and organize them in the recruiting system
• Make outbound calls and conduct initial candidate conversations
• Identify and source prospective healthcare professionals for open positions
• Post available healthcare positions across job boards
• Maintain accurate candidate profiles and lead information
• Monitor candidate and lead activity to identify trends
• Create and maintain reports using Excel and other tools
• Partner closely with recruiters to understand their pipeline needs
• Re-engage previous candidates when new opportunities arise

Requirements

• Sales-minded with comfort in making outbound calls
• Data-oriented with ability to use reports and metrics
• Highly organized to manage a large volume of candidates
• Results-driven with motivation by activity and goals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
