Recruiting Manager, IT & Non-Clinical · Remote

Aya Healthcare is a rapidly growing workforce solutions provider in the healthcare industry, specializing in tech-enabled services that help healthcare organizations manage their contingent labor needs. They build and manage tech-enabled marketplaces for healthcare talent and deliver contingent labor management solutions through their proprietary software platform.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the national non-clinical recruitment division, focusing on IT staffing
• Lead and develop a team of nonclinical recruiters
• Establish recruiting goals, KPIs, productivity standards, and performance expectations
• Hold recruiters accountable for candidate activity and overall production
• Train recruiters on sourcing, candidate engagement, and closing
• Partner with sales and account management to understand client needs
• Monitor recruiting pipelines and metrics to improve results
• Support recruiters with difficult searches and offer negotiations
• Build consistent recruiting processes to improve speed and client satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT or technical staffing recruitment
• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading or managing IT staffing recruiters
• Experience recruiting for contract, contract-to-hire, and/or direct-hire IT positions
• Strong understanding of technical recruiting and the IT staffing market
• Proven experience coaching, training, and developing recruiters
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
