Responsibilities
- Recruit and place healthcare professionals (HCPs) for assignments throughout the U.S.
- Develop and maintain a pool of qualified HCPs within designated specialties.
- Execute strategies to recruit viable HCPs from various sources.
- Sell current and upcoming locum opportunities to potential HCPs.
- Complete screenings and evaluations for potential candidates.
- Maintain candidate and HCP information in the ATS.
- Negotiate rates to maintain acceptable margins.
- Provide excellent customer service to HCPs and internal/external customers.
