Responsibilities

• Recruit and place healthcare professionals (HCPs) for assignments throughout the U.S.
• Develop and maintain a pool of qualified HCPs within designated specialties.
• Execute strategies to recruit viable HCPs from various sources.
• Sell current and upcoming locum opportunities to potential HCPs.
• Complete screenings and evaluations for potential candidates.
• Maintain candidate and HCP information in the ATS.
• Negotiate rates to maintain acceptable margins.
• Provide excellent customer service to HCPs and internal/external customers.
