Responsibilities
- Schedule and interview applicants
- Ensure centralized open positions are filled
- Effectively move qualified candidates through the recruiting process and schedule branch next steps
- Maintain accurate talent records
Requirements
- 1+ years in a customer service, call center, or inside sales industry
Skills & Tools
Bilingual communication in English and Spanish
MS Office proficiency
