Responsibilities

• Own and manage strategic programs' objectives and key results
• Lead change management initiatives within recruiting teams
• Drive enablement strategies for program adoption
• Identify and implement operational improvements in recruiting processes
• Design training guides and educational materials for recruiters
• Collaborate with Global Recruiting Leads and Hiring Managers on high-priority initiatives
• Manage portfolio-level governance and report on program health
• Navigate global regulatory and compliance requirements impacting recruiting

Requirements

• Proven expertise in program, change, and project management in a global, high-growth environment
• Experience in launching strategic programs in a People or HR function
• Experience with AI-powered programs or assessments
• Functional experience in recruiting with a minimum of three years in the field
• Ability to interpret recruiting metrics and build reporting or dashboards
