Compensation

Base salary between €3,200 and €4,500, with additional benefits.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and engage highly qualified professionals in the banking and insurance sectors
• Conduct in-depth intake and qualification interviews
• Guide candidates throughout the entire application and placement process
• Develop creative strategies to attract scarce finance talent

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Proven knowledge or strong affinity with the banking and insurance sector
• Fluency in Dutch
• Minimum availability of 32 hours per week
• Preferably residing in the Den Haag region
