Responsibilities

• Own and steer key centralized recruiting programs
• Lead change management initiatives within recruiting teams
• Provide enablement to stakeholders within recruiting
• Maintain an updated repository of knowledge articles
• Identify and implement operational improvements
• Design training guides and educational materials
• Collaborate with Global Recruiting Leads and Hiring Managers
• Lead cross-functional initiatives among the recruiting team

Requirements

• Proven expertise in program, change, and project management
• Experience in a dynamic, global, high-growth environment
• Functional experience in recruiting with a minimum of 6 years in the field
