Responsibilities

• Develop and implement full-desk recruiting strategies for IT roles
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand client base

• Collaborate with team members to align recruitment approaches with client needs

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in IT, Business, or related fields
• Minimum of 3 years of agency recruiting experience or 1 year of IT industry experience
• Proven expertise in IT recruitment strategies and staffing solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends
