Compensation

$50,000 - $70,000 Annually

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for permanent IT and digital positions
• Manage 7 to 10 active requisitions concurrently
• Partner with hiring managers to shape recruitment strategies
• Proactively source and build pipelines for niche technical skill sets
• Consult candidates through the interview lifecycle and manage offer negotiations

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of technical recruitment experience
• Experience recruiting across various IT, tech, and digital skill sets
• Ability to manage high requisition loads in a fast-paced setting
