Responsibilities

• Develop and manage client accounts in the construction industry

• Analyze and match skills and qualifications to client needs
• Provide expert guidance on hiring trends and workforce planning
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize recruiting workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial construction recruiting and account management
• Strong knowledge of the construction industry
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using ATS systems and sourcing tools
