Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholder groups to create effective hiring strategies
• Manage the full recruitment cycle for hiring needs
• Conduct briefings with Hiring Managers to understand their needs
• Execute appropriate recruitment strategies including sourcing and screening
• Manage stakeholder relationships at all levels
• Champion effective candidate management throughout the hiring process
• Support and mentor junior team members

Requirements

• Experience in a full cycle recruitment role
• Experience in delivering a consultative recruitment experience
• Experience in liaising with Senior Leadership
• Proven track record of creating and executing hiring strategies
• Experience with D&I sourcing techniques
• Strong communication skills
• Fluency in English and Italian
