Responsibilities

• Source and screen top talent using recruiting tools and social media platforms
• Build relationships with candidates and establish a pipeline of qualified resources
• Conduct personal interviews via phone, video, and in-person
• Perform thorough reference checks
• Negotiate pay rates
• Interact with clients and attend meetings
• Collaborate with the compliance team for onboarding

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience for government, aerospace, and defense positions
• Bachelor's degree preferred
