Compensation

Salary Range: $55k-$75k

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal sales team to understand open job requirements
• Identify top telecom talent through various channels
• Screen and interview candidates to assess technical skills and culture fit
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including coordinating interviews and negotiating offers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and industry professionals
• Stay updated on telecom industry trends and best practices in recruitment
• Contribute to the overall success of the Telecom Division

Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional experience
• Prior recruiting experience in the staffing industry preferred
• Telecom recruiting experience or recruiting for technical roles supporting telecom clients is highly desired
• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, communications, marketing, or a related field

Additional Information
