Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand hiring needs
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support
• Build a talent pipeline using multiple sourcing channels
• Engage diverse and qualified candidates for skilled trade functions
• Utilize ATS/CRM systems to track candidates and manage requisitions
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience
• Provide regular updates and metrics reporting to hiring partners
• Stay informed of trends and best practices in skilled trades recruiting

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience recruiting for Skilled Trades positions
• Proven success in sourcing and closing candidates in skilled labor roles
