Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand hiring needs
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support
- Build a talent pipeline using multiple sourcing channels
- Engage diverse and qualified candidates for skilled trade functions
- Utilize ATS/CRM systems to track candidates and manage requisitions
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience
- Provide regular updates and metrics reporting to hiring partners
- Stay informed of trends and best practices in skilled trades recruiting
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience recruiting for Skilled Trades positions
- Proven success in sourcing and closing candidates in skilled labor roles
