Responsibilities

• Manage the entire Clinician on Assignment (COA) recruitment process
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit
• Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
• Recommend enhanced recruitment strategies

Requirements

• Two to five years of Locums Tenens recruiting experience preferred
• Two years of sales/staffing experience required
• High-level communication and problem-solving skills
